Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange pickup via a reputed courier partner wherever possible.
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may ship the product to us yourself.
  • We will reimburse self-shipping charges up to ₹500 after receiving and verifying the returned item.

How to Initiate a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@toree.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, description of the issue, and clear photo/video proof of the defect or damage.
  3. We will review and guide you through the next steps.

Return Window for Clothing and Footwear

This applies only if Toree.in deals in fashion items:

  • Exchange available for clothing and footwear (excluding accessories & newborn items) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible only for defective or damaged products.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Replacement Policy Highlights

  • Only replacements are offered — we do not offer refunds.
  • Part replacements may be provided for larger products with minor defects.
  • All replacements are subject to quality verification upon return.
